Whats Involved

• Lead the development implementation and continuous improvement of HSE management systems and processes.
• Partner with leaders and stakeholders to ensure HSE requirements are understood and effectively applied.
• Conduct assurance and audit activities aligned with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Analyse HSE data and reporting metrics to support informed decision-making.
• Lead or support incident investigations and corrective action programs.
• Develop management plans procedures and reporting frameworks.
• Provide coaching guidance and safety leadership across the business.
• Support ongoing compliance with contractual legislative and organisational HSE requirements

Youll Need

Essential

• Tertiary qualification in Work Health and Safety Environmental Management or a related discipline
• Minimum five years experience in HSE advisory roles within high-risk environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading incident investigations and management system audits.
• Strong knowledge of HSE legislation standards and best practice.
• Strong reporting stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Eligibility for a Defence Security Clearance

Desirable

• Qualification in Management Leadership or Project Management.
• Experience participating in ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certification audits
