Working closely with healthcare clients across Australia you will deliver practical commercially focused advice and solutions across a broad range of people partner with leaders and business owners to achieve positive business outcomes across areas including:Employment relations and performance managementRecruitment and workforce planningRemuneration and award complianceLearning and developmentOrganisation design and changeWorkplace culture and engagementPolicy development and complianceWorkplace investigations and mediationYoull also contribute to the ongoing improvement and growth of our HR Advisory service helping to develop scalable solutions that support both client success and business YouYou are a confident HR professional who enjoys building relationships solving complex workplace challenges and delivering practical advice that makes a youll bring:Minimum 7 years experience in a broad HR generalist HR Business Partner or HR consulting roleTertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related disciplineExperience managing employee relations matters including performance management grievances and workplace investigationsExperience managing workers compensation return to work and rehabilitation mattersStrong understanding of Australian employment legislation and Fair Work requirementsExcellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skillsStrong communication facilitation and influencing capabilitiesExceptional organisation skills and attention to detailA proactive solutions-focused mindset with strong commercial judgementThe ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team environmentStrong customer service focus and commitment to delivering outstanding client outcomesProficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systemsA genuine passion for learning continuous improvement and helping businesses succeedHealthcare experience will be highly regarded but is not this role sounds like the one you have been looking for and you are ready to hit the ground running please apply now.
