The Opportunity
Partner with senior project leaders to strengthen workforce capability performance and culture across a large construction programme.

Your Work
Provide strategic and practical HR advice for salaried and wages employees.
Lead workforce planning recruitment onboarding succession and performance initiatives.
Support employee relations remuneration reviews benchmarking and reward recommendations.
Deliver engagement wellbeing inclusion and organisational-development programmes.
Use workforce data to guide improvements align partner stakeholders and coach HR team members.

Requirements
Skills Education and Requirements
Extensive senior HR business-partner or people-advisory experience.
Strong understanding of Australian employment requirements industrial relations and enterprise agreements.
Experience supporting substantial construction engineering infrastructure or operational workforces.
Ability to influence and constructively challenge senior leaders.
Commercial judgement pragmatic problem-solving and effective stakeholder communication.
