The Client Experience team is a collaborative group of specialists across marketing communications digital and client experience who work together to shape how clients experience Pitcher Partners.

Partnering with teams across the firm they combine creativity insight and innovation to deliver meaningful client brand and digital experiences. About the role

The Senior Graphic Designer is a 12-month fixed term contract. You will report to the Director Content and Communications and work closely with the wider Client Experience team to deliver creative solutions using the latest design techniques and software platforms. The role requires impactful print and digital assets to be developed while ensuring consistency with the firms brand and style guidelines. As a brand champion the Senior Graphic Designer helps deliver an exceptional client experience through intuitive visually compelling and user-focused design.


Key responsibilities

  • Develop innovative and brand-aligned creative concepts and design solutions for a range of digital and print communications.
  • Create engaging visual assets that support marketing campaigns client communications employee engagement initiatives and recruitment branding.
  • Maintain and champion Pitcher Partners visual identity ensuring consistency across all channels platforms and brand touchpoints.
  • Design and deliver high-quality digital content including website assets eDMs social media graphics presentations newsletters and multimedia materials with a strong focus on user experience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the firm to present creative solutions provide brand guidance and deliver outcomes aligned to business objectives.
  • Contribute to the Client Experience strategy by working closely with colleagues supporting digital projects and fostering a collaborative innovative and high-performing team culture.

  • Tertiary qualifications in graphic design visual communication or a related discipline.
  • Looking for 12-month fixed term contract.
  • Significant graphic design experience gained in an in-house team agency environment or a combination of both.
  • Experience supporting professional services financial services corporate or other B2B brands.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating creative innovative and targeted outcomes across digital and print projects.
  • Strong understanding of brand management and the ability to create visually compelling user-focused design solutions.
  • Proven ability to build relationships collaborate with stakeholders and translate business objectives into effective creative outcomes.
  • Highly organised detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Curious proactive and commercially minded with an interest in understanding audiences and creating work that delivers measurable impact.
