About the role

TheSenior Full StackDeveloperis asenior builder role accountable fordesigningbuildingand deliveringend-to-end digital and AI will take ownership ofreal businessproblemsand turn them into working production-grade systemsspanning front-end back-end data and role extends HammondCares applied AI capability (focused on real workflows safe usage and production outcomes)into full-stack delivery and product ownership.

• Own the delivery of complex multi-layer solutions spanning user interfaces services data and AI

• Operate effectively in highly ambiguous environments defining problems and shaping practical scalable solutions

• Ensure all solutions align with enterprise constraints including governance privacy safety and clinical standards

• Provide technical leadership through hands-on delivery influencing outcomes and driving progress without relying on hierarchy

• Lead the development of end-to-end features and products from design through to production

• Coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders to deliver cohesive high-impact solutions

This isafixed term contract for 22 monthsatSt Leonardswith hybrid opportunities.

About You

• Commitment to engage and align withHammondCaresChristian Mission Motivation and Mission in Action

• Relevant IT /Computing Science/ Data Analytics / Data Science

• At least10yearsdemonstratedexperience in a similar role

• Ability to influence without authority

• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders

EssentialTechnological Skills

• Core Engineering:Strong full-stack experience (front-end back-end integration)and experience delivering production-grade applications

• AI / Data:Experience with:LLMs and orchestration pipelines and AI platforms (Fabric AI Foundry or equivalent).Proven ability to take AI from prototype to production

• Technical Skills:Front-end: React -end: APIs & scripting:Python (advanced).Experience with automation and workflow orchestration.

• Delivery & Product:Strong problem-solving and solution design capabilityComfortable working in ambiguityStrong stakeholder engagement skills
