In the role of Senior Fraud and Integrity Investigator you will play a critical role in leading complex investigations that protect NAB our customers and the community from financial crime fraud and misconduct.

Each day youll go above and beyond to:

• Lead complex sensitive and protracted investigations across fraud financial crime and serious misconduct matters.
• Apply contemporary investigative methodologies to plan conduct and deliver high-quality investigation outcomes.
• Prepare and present clear evidence-based reports to support decision-making consequence management and control remediation.
• Conduct investigative interviews using the PEACE model and develop robust evidence and allegation frameworks.
• Engage with stakeholders senior leaders regulators and law enforcement to support investigation and prosecution outcomes.
• Manage competing priorities ensuring investigations are delivered within expected timeframes and quality standards.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior investigators and contribute to uplift in investigative capability.

• Strong experience conducting complex investigations in financial crime fraud legal or regulatory environments.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end investigations and apply structured investigative methodologies.
• Experience preparing high-quality reports and briefs of evidence for senior stakeholders or external bodies.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with experience working across business units and with external agencies.
• Experience conducting investigative interviews (PEACE model preferred).
• Understanding of financial crime fraud misconduct and regulatory frameworks.
• Relevant investigations qualifications (e.g. Cert IV Investigations CFE AGIS Diploma or Detective designation) desirable.
