Senior Finance Officer

We are seeking a hands-on Accounts Team Leader for a leading corporate provider in Perth. This is a true working leader position where you will actively process day-to-day transactions while supervising a team.

To be successful in this role you should possess experience in the following areas:

1. Supervisory Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience leading managing or supervising an accounts team.

2. Pronto ERP: Hands-on confident daily operational proficiency with Pronto / Pronto Xi is beneficial.

3. Accounts Payable (AP): Deep end-to-end processing knowledge vendor management and payment runs.

4. Accounts Receivable (AR): Full-function collections invoicing allocations and dispute resolution.

5. Payroll: Direct experience processing or overseeing end-to-end transactional payroll workflows.

• Team Leadership: Supervise mentor and coordinate the daily workflows of a small transactional team.

• Transactional Oversight: Actively process and support high-volume AP AR and payroll runs alongside your team during peak periods.

• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks within Pronto and implement smart efficient workflow improvements.

• Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for internal department heads regarding financial queries and processing status.
