Senior Facilities Manager

In this role youll support the management of a key office asset in Bendigo for a major client. Youll play a hands-on role in building strong local relationships while helping drive high standards across operations presentation and performance.

This opportunity will suit someone who is comfortable working independently on-site while staying connected to a wider team with a strong focus on day-to-day operations forward planning and client engagement.

What youll be driving:

• Ensure building compliance and support continuous improvement of engineering standards across the asset
• Oversee the day-to-day presentation security maintenance and safety of the property
• Support management of OPEX and CAPEX budgets tracking performance against forecasts
• Act as a key local contact for the client tenants contractors and internal teams
• Partner closely with Property Managers to deliver accurate and timely client reporting
• Ensure all planned and reactive maintenance is delivered effectively

Qualifications :

• Background in Facilities Engineering or Building Management within a commercial environment
• Ability to work independently on-site while collaborating with a broader team
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively
• Experience with computer-based building maintenance and management systems
• Ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships at all levels
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
