What youll do

As a Senior Electrical Engineer in our Buildings team based in Queensland youll contribute to a strong and growing project pipeline across sectors including aviation defence data centres and major event infrastructure. Youll play a key role in delivering highquality engineering outcomes while working within a collaborative and highperforming team environment.

You will:

• Lead the delivery of electrical design packages across mid to large scale projects
• Act as a discipline lead taking ownership of key engineering outcomes from concept through to delivery
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated and practical design solutions
• Support project coordination delivery and reporting ensuring quality outcomes for clients
• Build and maintain client relationships through consistent delivery and communication
• Contribute to a team culture that is collaborative supportive and highenergy

This is a deliveryfocused role ideal for someone who enjoys being handson in projects while continuing to build their leadership and client capability.

What youll bring

• Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
• Experience delivering building services electrical design within a consulting contractor or clientside environment
• Proven capability leading or contributing to projects in the $30M$50M range (or similar complexity)
• Experience taking ownership of design delivery coordination and client interaction
• Chartered registered or actively working towards chartership
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
• A proactive approach with the ability to take ownership and drive outcomes
