What youll do

As a Senior Electrical Design Engineer (Instrumentation & Control Systems) in Gladstone youllcontributetoprojects and programs that support the future of the Qld Industrial Business. You will make a real difference and be part ofateamthat embraces challenges welcomes diverse ideas and engineer solutions with people and outcomes in mind.

• Lead the design and delivery of instrumentation control and communication systems across complex industrial projects

• Act as a trusted I&C technical specialist advising on system architecture integration and best practice

• Collaborate across electrical mechanical and process teams to deliver seamless multidisciplinary solutions

• Mentor and develop less experienced engineers building team capability and technical excellence

• Oversee project delivery managing schedule budget quality and risk

• Build strong client relationships and contribute to winning and growing project opportunities

What youll bring

• Relevant engineering qualifications in Electrical Engineering

• RPEQ (Electrical) or ITEE equivalent

• Minimum 10 years experience in electrical engineering with a strong focus on instrumentation

• A track record of delivering practical impactful outcomes

• Strong communication collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills

• The ability to see the big picture and challenge assumptions
