About the role
This isagreatopportunityto lead digital analytics and performance insight across some of the NSW Department of Educations most important digital channels including school websites campaigns socialmediaand enrolment-related journeys.
In this role you will:
lead digital analytics performance reporting and measurement across websites campaigns socialmediaand other digital channels
analyse user behaviour campaignperformanceand audience engagement toidentifyopportunities to improve digital services and communication outcomes
develop dashboards reports and insights that help teams make evidence-based decisions
providespecialist advice on analytics implementation tagging measurement frameworks and performance optimisation
lead and mentor analytics staff building capability and supporting high-quality delivery across the team

About you
Demonstrated experience in digital analytics marketinganalyticsor performance reporting roles
Experience using digital analytics and reporting platforms such as Google AnalyticsGoogle Tag ManagerLooker Studio Adobe Analytics social media analyticstoolsor similar platforms
Experience leading or mentoring staff and supporting capability development
Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the DepartmentsAboriginal Education Policyand upholding theDepartments Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECGand to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
Essential requirements of the role
Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to thevalue of public education.
- Current and valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) Clearance for paid employment.
