What youll do

As aSenior Designer in our Roads Integrated Transport and Mobility Team basedin our Mackay Officeyoullcontributetoprojects and programs thatmake a real difference and be part ofateamthat embraces challenges welcomes diverse ideas and engineer solutions with people and outcomes in mind.

• Advise clients on complex engineering projects from concept to delivery
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to solve technical challenges
• Deliver high-quality advice that informs decisions
• Contribute to resilient and innovative engineering solutions
• Apply advanced analytics and optimisation to enhance performance

What youll bring

• Relevant engineering qualifications and experience in Road Design utilising 12d Design Software
• Desirable Experience delivering TMR and regional road infrastructure projects from concept through to detailed design
• Desirable strong working knowledge of Austroads guidelines TMR standards and road design best practice
• A track record of delivering practical impactful outcomes
• Strong communication collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
• The ability to see the big picture and challenge assumptions
