As a Senior Delivery Specialist youll play a key role in delivering complex transformation and integration initiatives. Youll sit at the centre of the action shaping problems defining solutions and ensuring delivery lands in a way that works for both the business and our customers.

This is a hands-on role with real influence. Youll lead analysis across large initiatives work closely with senior stakeholders and bring clarity in complex fast-moving environments.

Location: Brisbane or Hobart

Initially a 12-month contract

• Lead business analysis across complex programs from problem definition through to delivery
• Translate ambiguity into clear requirements insights and actionable plans
• Facilitate workshops align stakeholders and drive decisions
• Map and improve processes across the organisation
• Use data to validate assumptions and shape solutions
• Partner with delivery teams vendors and business leaders to get outcomes over the line

• Strong experience delivering complex change in financial services or similar environments
• A natural problem solver who is comfortable working in ambiguity
• The ability to influence challenge and bring people with you
• Hands-on analysis capability with the credibility to lead others
• A genuine drive to improve how things work not just maintain them
• Based in either Brisbane or Hobart
