Your Role
As a SeniorCorporate Counsel Project Delivery youll be a key point of contact forthe Legal & Governance team providing high-quality independent andtimely commercial legal advice to support the delivery of the Marinus LinkProject.
Youll:
- Provide fit-for-purpose commerciallegal advice across project delivery activities including the preparationreview negotiation and administration of contracts and other legal documents.
- Support the Project Delivery team byadvising on contractual regulatory governance and risk matters relating toproject construction financing approvals and delivery activities.
- Manage relationships with internalstakeholders contractual counterparties regulators government agencies andexternal legal advisors to support effective project outcomes.
- Coordinate external legal advisorsincluding preparing scopes of work managing budgets and monitoring thedelivery of legal services.
- Assist with the development andmaintenance of contract administration guidance precedents processes andlegal support frameworks.
- Identify and manage legal risks byproviding practical solutions and supporting informed decision-making acrossthe project.
