The Opportunity
Take responsibility for complex commercial packages on a major rail program at Ormeau. Working with project leadership and the supply chain you will connect procurement contract administration and cost forecasting to support delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

Your Responsibilities
Evaluate tender submissions negotiate commercial terms and prepare award recommendations.
Administer subcontract correspondence notices payment schedules progress claims and final accounts.
Maintain head-contract registers and prepare upstream correspondence claims and variations.
Review cash flow cost-to-complete and forecasts to explain project commercial performance.
Maintain evidence for change management and claims identifying risks and helping prevent disputes.
Provide clear commercial advice to clients suppliers subcontractors and delivery teams.

Requirements
Skills Education and Requirements
A degree in quantity surveying construction management or a comparable tertiary discipline.
At least seven years in commercial roles within a large organisation preferably construction or major infrastructure.
Strong understanding of construction law and contractual mechanisms.
Practical experience in procurement subcontract administration claims variations cost control and final accounts.
Sound analytical judgement negotiation and problem solving.
Effective written and verbal communication across project and supply chain teams.
