Senior Consultant Program Set-Up (Advisory)

The Senior Consultant Program Set-Up plays a key role in delivering advisory engagements focused on program set-up transformation and performance improvement across major capital programs. 

The role is responsible for owning defined workstreams structuring complex problems and delivering high-quality client-ready outputs. Senior Consultants are expected to work independently engage directly with client stakeholders contribute to shaping solutions across engagements and leverage digital and AI-enabled approaches to enhance delivery. 

Qualifications :

• A Degree in a relevant discipline such as Engineering Business Economics Commerce or similar 

• Professional certifications/accreditations (e.g. PMP PRINCE2 Lean Six Sigma CFA) are advantageous but not required. 

• Typically 48 years experience in management consulting advisory or complex program / infrastructure environments 

• Demonstrated experience owning delivery of workstreams or project components within client engagements 

• Experience working with and managing stakeholders across complex organisational environments 
  
  Exposure to infrastructure capital projects or asset-intensive sectors (public or private) including but not limited to: 

• Portfolio & Program Set-Up 

• Controls & Performance 

• Risk & Compliance 

• PMO & EPMO 

• Governance & Assurance  

• Delivery Management Systems 

• Benefits Management 

• Experience contributing to problem structuring analysis and development of client recommendations
