About the position
The Senior Communications Advisor is a strategic communications specialist responsible for developing and delivering high-impact content that supports La Trobe Universitys Industry Engagement (IE) portfolio. The role plays a critical part in advancing the Universitys innovation commercialisation and partnership goals through compelling targeted communication across a range of internal and external channels.
Skills and Experience
To be considered for this position you will have:
- Proven editorial expertise with advanced writing editing and content development skills across a range of formats and platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex information and develop innovative communication solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in managing stakeholder relationships at senior levels with the ability to influence negotiate and build consensus.
- High-level organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs under pressure.
- Advanced digital literacy including experience with content management systems (e.g. SquizMatrix) eDM platforms (e.g. Campaign Monitor) and Adobe Creative Suite.
