Job Summary

Full Time Ongoing Position

As our Senior Client Services Officer youll play a meaningful role in creating positive first impressions while providing leadership and support to our Client Services team.

This is more than a reception or administration role. Youll be at the heart of our front office operations helping ensure every client receives a professional compassionate and responsive experience from their very first interaction with Relationships Australia NT.

What you will be doing

  • Deliver exceptional front-of-house and telephone customer service
  • Coordinate appointments waitlists and practitioner schedules across multiple programs
  • Support and guide Client Services Officers with daily workflow and onboarding
  • Respond to complex client enquiries with professionalism empathy and sound judgement
  • Maintain accurate client records and administrative systems
  • Coordinate meetings organisational events and operational administration
  • Identify opportunities to improve systems processes and the client experience
  • Work collaboratively with practitioners managers and corporate teams to support quality service delivery

Were looking for someone who is organised approachable and enjoys helping both clients and colleagues succeed.

Youll also have:

  • Demonstrated experience in administration and client service within a busy environment
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to support people experiencing distress
  • Experience providing guidance mentoring or on-the-job support to team members
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and client management systems
  • A commitment to culturally safe trauma-informed and client-centred practice
  • Experience in the community services health or not-for-profit sector will be highly regarded.
