This is a 12 month fixed term contract role.
As a Senior Client Director youll play a pivotal role in driving some of the businesss highest profile media initiatives. Your primary focus will be leading major campaign responses developing strategic partnerships with key media organisations and helping coordinate delivery across a complex and fast-moving client portfolio.
Working closely with the Client Partner and fellow Senior Client Directors youll help bring together the right people thinking and partnerships to deliver innovative commercially impactful solutions. Youll also provide leadership and direction to a talented team while collaborating with specialists from across the dentsu network.
Key Accountabilities:
Partner with senior stakeholders to drive delivery across key Woolworths media initiatives and large-scale campaign responses
Oversee multiple workstreams ensuring projects timelines and deliverables stay on track across a complex stakeholder landscape
Build and lead strategic media partnerships that unlock innovation value and competitive advantage
Spot opportunities in the market and translate them into actionable commercially impactful recommendations
Collaborate across dentsus network to bring together the right capabilities and deliver integrated solutions
Lead coach and develop a high-performing team fostering a strong collaborative culture
What youll bring:
Strong experience in a media agency environment ideally in a senior client leadership planning or partnerships role
Deep understanding of the Australian media landscape and established relationships across media owners
Proven ability to lead large-scale campaigns and manage complex stakeholder groups with confidence
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and drive business outcomes
Highly organised with excellent project management skills and attention to detail
A natural relationship builder with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience leading and developing teams with a collaborative and solutions-focused mindset
