Job Summary
Senior Change Advisor About the role Digital NSW has a three-month opportunityto lead the design and delivery of training and change communications for thelaunch of a refreshed Digital Assurance platform. A mix of presentationsguides communications and training activities will support 900 users across theNSW Government to access and use the new platform within a tight 2-3 weekperiod. As Senior Advisor Change Working you willwork collaboratively with the project delivery team and key stakeholders and useexisting change impact analysis to develop targeted learning solutions andimplement training approaches that improve engagement accessibility andlearning outcomes. Youre an experienced change and trainingprofessional who enjoys turning complex information into practical engaginglearning experiences. You thrive in collaborative environments build strongstakeholder relationships and are passionate about developing capability thatdelivers meaningful organisational outcomes. About you
Leveraging your experience in a similarrole you will develop and implement change management communication andtraining plans that are tailored to different customer groups with the aim ofmaximising customer and stakeholder engagement and understanding to ensure asmooth platform transition
Salary Grade 09/10 with the base salary for this role starting at base plus superannuation
