Job Summary

This is a closed Expression of Interest (EOI) open to team members within the Sydney Homelessness Services team.

Are you a valuesled leader or aspiring leader committed to gender equity with experience supporting teams to deliver trauma-informed strengths-based practice

As a Senior Case Worker you will deliver high-quality trauma-informed and strengths-based case management to individuals and families at risk of or experiencing homelessness supporting sustainable housing outcomes.

You will also provide mentoring supervision and practice guidance to team members supporting capability consistency and quality service delivery. Acting as an escalation point for complex cases you will bring sound judgement and a client-centred approach to managing risk.

With strong sector knowledge and a collaborative mindset you will contribute to continuous improvement and positive team culture while working closely with internal teams and external partners.

Youll be a great fit if you:

  • have qualifications in Youth Work Social Work Community Services or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • have experience in a similar role with expertise across homelessness programs and/or sector
  • lead through values intersectional feminism and purpose
  • care about gender equityimpactand meaningful change
  • enjoy coaching and developing others
