Senior Business Partner Energy & Utilities

The Opportunity

Were seeking a strategic and commercially focused Senior People & Culture Business Partner to partner with regional leaders to drive engagement culture and performance.

In this role youll provide pragmatic HR and employee relations advice balancing employee experience with compliance and business outcomes. A key focus is coaching frontline leaders to build capability in performance management conduct and change leadership.

Using data-driven insights youll identify risks influence decision-making and deliver targeted people initiatives that improve operational outcomes safety and client satisfaction. Youll champion a people-first culture and embed consistent high-impact people practices across operations.

What we are looking for

• Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources Business Management
• Strong engagement and retention outcomes
• A minimum of seven years of substantial experience in a senior HR/IR role in large multi-site construction environment
• High level IR/ER management experience including the application and interpretation of industrial instruments and legislation within the Australian legislative framework
• Capabilities associated with complex collective employment agreements within a union environment
• Experience in providing effective strategic HR advice and support to leaders on issues including the development and delivery of cultural change building talent and capability and coaching
• Delivery of critical HR services including performance management counselling; workplace investigations
