In the role of Senior Business Banking Manager you will join ourMetro & Specialised team thats doubling down on customer obsession!
Each day youll go above and beyond to:
Manage and grow a portfolio of business banking customers driving both retention and new-to-bank acquisition
Deliver integrated financial solutions across lending deposits and risk management tailored to client needs
Identify and convert new business opportunities through referral partners and external networks
Assess credit risk structure lending proposals and manage portfolio profitability and performance
Partner with internal specialists and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end customer outcomes
Were looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. Youll need:
Proven experience in business or commercial banking with strong exposure to lending and credit assessment
Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a portfolio through both acquisition and relationship deepening
Strong understanding of credit risk financial analysis and structuring lending deals
Established networks and ability to generate new business through referrals and partnerships
Background in Tier 1 or Tier 2 banking environments with a commercial and client-focused mindset
