Senior Business and Systems Analyst ICT

Resthaven is inviting internal applications for the Senior Business and Systems Analyst role within the ICT Program. The role leads analysis activities within an assigned delivery stream owns the requirements register and provides mentoring and quality assurance to other analysts.

You will bridge business needs and technology solutions leading requirements workshops maintaining end-to-end traceability reviewing vendor designs and overseeing UAT while providing direction and quality assurance to analysts within your stream.

• Senior BA experience: Proven expertise leading business and systems analysis across complex technology projects
• Requirements ownership: Ability to own a backlog or requirements register including elicitation documentation prioritisation and scope change management.
• Stakeholder workshops: Demonstrated experience facilitating requirements workshops with senior stakeholders and managing formal sign-off.
• Process mapping: Leading current and future state process mapping and facilitating design with business owners.
• UAT and QA: Defining acceptance criteria overseeing UAT and validating test outcomes against requirements.
• Documentation: Business cases functional and technical requirements and reports produced to a professional standard.
• Analyst leadership: Experience coordinating mentoring or reviewing the work of other analysts.

• Formal BA qualifications (CBAP CCBA) or project management credentials (PMBOK Prince2 Agile).
• Experience in digital health clinical systems or aged care.
• Experience with vendor teams on configuration integration or technical design review; familiarity with data migration or Microsoft 365.
