Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking expressions of interest from Senior Business Analysts to join our team in this role you will partner with clients to translate business and functional requirements into technical specifications driving successful project outcomes through seamless communication effective problem-solving and collaboration with stakeholders at all levels throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities will include business process modelling gathering and documenting current and future requirements to provide expert advice and guidance as well as designing and implementing business solutions. Youll work closely with stakeholders at all levels to develop manage and lead relationships and collaborate with Product Owners to develop and manage backlogs epics features and tasks ensuring they align with business priorities and delivery objectives.

With a strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum processes youll be able to provide valuable insights and make a positive impact on our clients teams. Most of all youll have strong consulting skills curiosity and a desire to add value. Qualifications :

• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst in a complex business environment.
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies with a track record of driving successful project outcomes.
• Experience working in Goverament or Public sector an advantage.
• Experience working on a mix of business systems and infrastructure projects highly desirable.
• Proven experience with gathering and documenting current and future state requirements workshop facilitation and business case development.
• Experience writing user stories acceptance criteria and software requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with the ability to work well under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Excellent relationship management interpersonal skills verbal and written communication together with experience writing Request for Proposal (RFP) or similar documentation.
• Experience delivering functional and technical solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Power Platform and BI reporting ecosystems
• Deep expertise in business analysis CRM solution design and data analysis
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CE (Sales Customer Service and Project Ops) Power BI and Power Automate.
