We act for the roleThe Senior Business Analyst is responsible for assessing the overall information technology needs of assigned projects/programs. With a focus on delivering value-driven solutions the role will collaborate closely with stakeholders including project managers developers and end-users to ensure that business needs are accurately captured and role is key in facilitating communication between technical and non-technical teams ensuring a clear understanding of business requirements and technical capabilities to improve business efficiency and productivity and guide the implementation of fit-for-purpose you will bringStrong analytical skills including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and processes and translate these into practical application and operational interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and understand business contexts through a variety of techniques and forums (workshops individual meetings shared documents etc.).Demonstrated experience in facilitation of business requirement gathering workshops involving participants from senior management to business ability to produce requirement artefacts: e.g. Business Requirements documentation Functional Specifications data flow ability to successfully operate within a geographically dispersed and proficient understanding of:The application of Project Management application platforms ERP CRM and/or ability to assess evaluate and solve problems and exercise initiative and judgment where practices and procedures are not clearly definedBenefits that act for you while you act for humanityWork flexibility: Australian Red Cross operates under ahybrid working modelwhich includes two days on-site and three days from homeFinancial wellbeing:In addition to your salary you can take advantage of salary packaging that could provide you with a great way to reduce the amount of tax you pay - and get more from your salary.
