Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Brand Leadership: Craft implement and evolve data-driven brand strategies that accelerate growth boost profitability and strengthen market positioning.

• Campaign & Content Excellence: Spearhead creative advertising and promotional initiatives and oversee digital marketing strategies that engage consumers across every touchpoint.

• Innovation & New Product Development: Identify assess and champion breakthrough product opportunities guiding them from concept to commercialisation.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional partners including global teams consumer innovation centres (new product teams) and senior leadership to deliver results.

• Financial Stewardship: Lead and manage the annual budget process for your brand(s) ensuring optimal allocation of resources and ROI.

• Omnichannel Focus: Drive strategies for compelling omnichannel shopper experiences and retail transformation in a rapidly evolving marketplace.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Marketing Economics Management or a related field (Masters is a plus)

• Proven track record in marketing trade advertising or research agency environments

• Solid experience in project management

• Proficient in English and the local language

• Familiarity with Circana or similar analytics tools is a plus
