Our Intellectual Property team providesmarket leading litigation and transactional advice and strategyand is skilled in handling complex high-profile IP disputes andtransactions of all types and brand and IP asset creation andprotection all with an opportunity to work across borders with ourglobal colleagues.

Working alongside award winning Partners JackieOBrien GeorginaHey and DanielPosker this an opportunity to be involved in market leading IPmatters for IP Clients.

To be considered for this role you must have;

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years PQE gained within a reputable Intellectual Property practice
• Significant IP litigation experience
• Patent litigation experience is preferred but not essential
• Strong time management & organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple conflicting priorities simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong drafting skills
• Intellectual curiosity and a love of learning
