  • Parramatta and Sydney CBD
  • Temporary up to 2 years - Full-Time (35 HPW)
  • Clerk Grade 9/10 base salary ($133348 - $146945) plus employers contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

Your role

Lead the development of Pega application in a large complex cloud-based software environment that facilitates the achievement of business outcomes through the use of process and technology.

What youll do

  • Lead the design architecture and development of Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC) solutions ensuring alignment with business requirements Pega best practices and guardrails.
  • Deliver high-quality scalable and secure applications by applying industry standards for software engineering cyber security and operational resilience.
  • Develop responsive accessible and user-centric interfaces that provide a seamless experience across a range of applications and platforms.
  • Perform code reviews troubleshooting debugging and root cause analysis to resolve technical issues optimise performance and maintain software quality.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing development processes contributing to technical documentation and promoting engineering best practices.
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders balancing competing priorities and managing multiple projects to achieve application development objectives within tight timeframes.

What were looking for

  • Pega Technical Expertise Strong experience designing developing and implementing PRPC/Pega solutions with a solid understanding of Pega best practices guardrails and application architecture.
  • Software Development & Quality Engineering Ability to write scalable secure and maintainable code conduct code reviews optimise performance and apply industry standards for cyber security and operational resilience.
  • Problem Solving & Troubleshooting Skilled in diagnosing complex technical issues debugging applications conducting root cause analysis and delivering effective solutions.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams manage competing priorities and build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
