Whats the role
As a Senior Analyst / Business Analyst you will support the ongoing enhancement and optimisation of the Model Risk Management (MRM) platform. Working closely with the Product Owner Technology teams and stakeholders you will help prioritise platform changes gather business requirements coordinate testing and support successful releases. You will also drive user adoption through effective stakeholder engagement training and change communications ensuring the platform continues to deliver value and meet the needs of the Model Risk function.
Key Responsibilities
- Triage and assess MRM platform backlog items including enhancements BAU risk and regulatory changes.
- Support prioritisation of platform initiatives and release planning aligned to business value and roadmap objectives.
- Gather analyse and document business requirements user stories and process improvements.
- Execute UAT and post-implementation verification to ensure quality outcomes and successful releases.
- Develop stakeholder communications training materials and user guides to drive platform adoption and engagement.
What do I need
Were looking for someone with strong business analysis product delivery or platform support experience ideally gained within financial services risk governance controls or transformation environments.
Youll bring:
- Demonstrated experience in a Business Analyst Product Delivery or similar role.
- An understanding of risk governance or financial services control environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills including the ability to work with varied business stakeholders.
- Clear written communication skills with the ability to support training user guidance and change communications.
- Curiosity to learn about model risk governance platform workflows and operating processes.
