Senior Analyst Performance Analysis & Transactional Assurance (7 Month Contract)
Job Summary
Your opportunity
As a Senior Analyst Performance Analysis & Transactional Assurance you will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial analysis performance reporting and transactional assurance across Customer Solutions business streams. The role supports the Customer Solutions Leadership Team to drive strong commercial outcomes maintain effective control environments and improve operational performance.
Day-to-day you will be required to:
- Lead financial performance analysis across allocated business streams supporting forecasting budgeting and reforecast cycles.
- Deliver timely insightful reporting on revenue volumes and key performance drivers.
- Execute and improve transactional assurance processes including reconciliations transaction monitoring and revenue validation.
- Manage and coach an Analyst to ensure delivery of high-quality analytical and assurance outputs.
- Oversee assurance activities including revenue reconciliation and variance analysis transaction monitoring validation of third-party remittances and payment flows and cash handling controls.
- Partner with Finance Operations to ensure integrity of reporting and reconciliation processes.
- Support forecasting methodologies and assumptions across business streams.
- Identify risks anomalies and opportunities to improve financial and operational processes.
This role is a contract role for 7 months.

- A minimum of 5 years experience in bookkeeping financial analysis or a similar finance-related role
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across the business.
- Previous people management coaching or mentoring experience.
- A high level of attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience leading and improving processes with the confidence to drive outcomes
