Roles & Responsibilities
Core AEM Expertise
6-8 years of experience in AEM development

Strong knowledge of:

o AEM Sites Assets and Headless CMS

o Sling OSGi JCR HTL

o AEM Core Components & Editable Templates

Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service

Hands-on experience with AEM Edge Delivery Services (Franklin/Helix)

Understanding of content-source-driven architecture and document-based publishing

Strong front-end fundamentals (HTML CSS JS)

Experience integrating Generative AI (LLMs) into enterprise workflows

Technical Skills:

Java REST APIs Microservices architecture

Frontend frameworks (React or similar)

Git and modern DevOps practices

Performance optimization and debugging

Experience with Adobe Target Analytics and Journey Optimizer

Knowledge of Composable DXPs and MACH architecture

Exposure to GraphQL APIs in AEM Headless

Experience in enterprise-scale CMS migrations or modernization programs

AEM Development & Architecture

Design develop and maintain scalable solutions on AEM (Sites Assets Headless Core Components)

Implement Edge Delivery Services (EDS) and optimize content delivery for performance and SEO

Build reusable components using HTL (Sightly) Sling Models OSGi services

Integrate AEM with enterprise systems (APIs microservices Adobe Cloud Services)

Lead implementation of AEM Edge Delivery Services (Franklin / Helix architecture)

Enable document-based authoring workflows (e.g. SharePoint Google Docs)

Develop lightweight front-end experiences using HTML CSS JavaScript (ES6) and modern frameworks

Optimize Lighthouse scores (performance accessibility SEO Core Web Vitals)

Design and develop AI-powered automation for content generation tagging and personalization

Build and integrate GenAI solutions (LLMs prompt engineering RAG patterns) within AEM workflows

Develop Agentic automation workflows for content lifecycle management (creation review publishing)

Integrate with platforms like Adobe Sensei OpenAI Azure AI or similar

Work with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS)

Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions Jenkins or Azure DevOps

Ensure best practices for code quality security and performance optimization

Monitor and troubleshoot production systems
