About the Position
The SeniorAdvisor People and Culture contributes to the operational andstrategic work of the People and Culture team including theprovision of advice and education across a diverse range of HRsubject matters including recruitment learning and developmentperformance management diversity and inclusion HR procedures andworkplace culture and wellbeing.
Demonstratingleadership the Senior Advisor will contribute to coordinate anddeliver high-profile projects that support the services andfunctions of the People and Culture delivering outcomesthe Senior Advisor will work collaboratively with the People andCulture team and with key stakeholders across the entireCommission including Members managers and staff.
Duties
- Provide impartial and forthright advice and assistance to key stakeholders including Commission managers staff and team members across a range of HR matters
- Lead and develop a team of People and Culture Advisors to deliver operational HR support respond to stakeholder needs and expectations and foster a culture of knowledge and information sharing
- Research and analyse information and apply relevant knowledge relating to the Commissions Enterprise Agreement and relevant HR policies and procedures
- Contribute to delivering high-profile projects that supports the services and functions of the People and Culture team
- Translate the outcomes of reports surveys and consultation findings into discrete measures for implementation
- Respond to change in a positive and flexible manner to meet competing demands and deliver on priorities within a fast-paced working environment
- Build and sustain positive working relationships across the Commission and within the People and Culture team
- Perform other duties as directed
