We are seeking a Senior Advisor Not for Profits tojoin NSW Fair Trading. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role insupporting the effective regulation of Incorporated Associations Co-operativesCharities and other not-for-profit entities across New South Wales.
This role will provide expert advice on complex issuesinvolving the regulation of not for profits including:
providing education and information to the sector on meeting their obligations.
As the Senior Advisor Not for Profits you will be asubject matter expert responsible for the assessment and management of complexregulatory matters relating to not-for-profit organisations. You will ideallyhold legal qualifications and have extensive experience in the interpretationof complex legislation and its application in a government setting.
