Maranguka is seeking a Senior Administration Assistant to join our team. This role provides high-level executive support and supervision of the administrative team to ensure smooth efficient office operations. This role combines advanced administrative duties with team leadership.
Reporting directly to the CEO this role plays a key part in supporting the Executive team program teams coordinating office functions and maintaining effective day-to-day administration.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide a professional welcoming reception for visitors partners and stakeholders
- Answer and manage phone and email enquiries courteously and promptly
- Oversee daily activities of administrative assistants
- Manage complex calendars coordinate high-level meetings and arrange intricate travel itineraries for senior leadership
- Train new administrative hires on internal office policies communication protocols and software systems
- Support finance and HR functions of the business as directed
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Process invoices bills and petty cash as directed
- Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems
- Support data entry requirements with accuracy and timeliness
- Assist scheduling and internal communication between staff
- Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient operations
- Oversight property maintenance issues and office fit outs liaising with team members when necessary
- Other administrative duties as required
Requirements for Success
- Current unrestricted drivers licence.
- A paid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
What We Offer
Acompetitive hourly rate (dependent on experience skills and qualifications)This position is covered under the Social Community Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010 (SCHADS)
Salary packaging up to $15900 per year tax-free
