The Role

Were looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team and play a key role in mentoring junior staff while delivering accurate timely financial information to our clients. Youll work independently take ownership of your engagements and be backed by a collaborative experienced team.

What Youll Do

  • Prepare and review complex individual corporate partnership and trust tax returns
  • Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards
  • Stay on top of changes in tax law regulations and accounting standards and share that knowledge with the team
  • Support your Senior Manager/Associate with client meetings software selection business advisory and strategic tax planning and structuring advice as needed

What Youll Bring

  • CPA or CA qualification (essential)
  • Minimum 7 years experience in Australian Public Practice
  • A results-driven mindset with the technical depth to apply your knowledge efficiently across a range of client engagements
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development including maintaining required CPD hours and professional memberships
