NorwestSeed Academyis our Norwest Christian CollegeCo-curricular studies academy which focuses onproviding students withthe opportunity to equip and empower themselves to pursue their purpose.NorwestSeed Academyincorporatesour musicdanceartsandsportingprogram.The Academyfunctionsboth during school hours and outside of schoolhours.

We arecurrentlyseekingto appoint aPercussionand DrumTutortoinspire both our current students and those from outside the College.

Successful candidateswill be able todemonstrateat interview a personal faith and commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ and a lifestyle consistent with that faith including an active commitment to a Christian fellowship.The successful candidate must:

• haveappropriatequalifications/experiencetoteachstudents;

• have the ability toteach drums as well asorchestraltuned percussionand auxiliary percussion;

• have the ability toteach students music notation reading

• have the ability toteachstudents from 3 to 18 years of age;

• haveexcellentskills in communicatingwith students and parents;

• be willing to contribute to the development of performance opportunitiesheld at Norwest Christian College as required by theDirector of Seed Academy; and

• have their own ABN and the capacity tooperateas an independent contractor.

Candidates shortlisted for interview will be expected to provide a Working with Children Check clearance number or clearance letter.

Those who progress to the interview stage will need to be available for an interview the week of Monday 8 June 2026.
