Job Summary
Youll be joining an organisation at the start of a major technology transformation where security will play a critical role in shaping whats this role youllbecome its first dedicated Security Engineer. Reporting directly to the CTO youll play a pivotal role in building the security capability from the ground up strengthening cyber maturity and helping shape the future direction of security across the business.
This is a broad high-impact role where youll combine hands-on security engineering with architecture governance and strategic input. Youll work across Microsoft 365 Azure Entra ID AWS and hybrid infrastructure improving identity endpoint cloud and data security while partnering with technical teams to embed security into major technology initiatives.
Its an opportunity to build rather than maintain. Youll establish security standards mature policies and controls aligned to ISO 27001 drive security awareness improve operational resilience and help create a security-first culture. As the security function grows there is a genuine pathway into a future security leadership role.
