Please note that this role will be casual to begin with. Full time will be offered to the right candidate.

• Full Australian working rights
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Valid NSW RSA
• 13 years experience in premium dining as a Section Waiter and/or Diploma hospitality studies
• Strong ability to build rapport and remember guests
• Confident using POS systems
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Excellent attention to detail and grooming standards
• Strong communication skills
• Commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences
• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and public holidays required

• Italian food & wine knowledge
• Food and wine pairing experience
• Experience with SevenRooms or similar reservation platforms
• Italian language skills

• Manage your section during service and ensure a seamless guest experience
• Prepare the restaurant for service ensuring your section is fully set stocked and clean
• Provide menu recommendations and confidently explain dishes and concepts
• Offer food and beverage pairing suggestions
• Accurately take and manage orders using POS
• Check and manage dietary requirements
• Maintain clear communication with FOH and BOH teams
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly
• Ensure bill accuracy and professional presentation
• Process cash and card payments

Salary range of $79000 $85000 super
