Key Responsibilities:

Are you a passionate innovative Science teacher ready to make areal impact We are seeking an exceptional and engaging SecondaryScience teacher with a strong ability to teach Chemistry ATAR. Bepart of a thriving school consistently recognised for excellentATAR results a range of VET and Certificate courses and a focuson guiding students to reach their full potential.

Duties:

• Plan and deliver Science lessons to Secondary students creating a stimulating and supportive classroom environment including Chemistry ATAR classes.
• Prepare and implement effective assessments to track and report on student progress.
• Differentiate lessons to meet the diverse needs of our students ensuring all learners are supported and challenged.
• Communicate effectively with parents guardians and colleagues regarding student progress.

Essential Requirements:

• Current registration with the WA Teachers Registration Board
• Knowledge and experience of the WA Science Curriculum.
• Experience teaching Chemistry ATAR.

Desirable Requirements:

• Experience teaching Science at Secondary levels with an emphasis on Chemistry.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Evidence of providing a differentiated curriculum.
• Willingness to contribute to wider school programs including co-curricular camps or other school-based activities.

Relevant qualification and experiences will be will also need a valid Working with Children card(or willingness to obtain one).
