Working alongside Product Owners AgileCoachesand stakeholders acrossHBFyoullremoveblockers optimise teamflowand embed agile ways of working that drive collaborationinnovationand sustainable delivery.

Your day to day

  • Lead and coach crossfunctional squads to deliverhighqualitycustomer and business outcomes

  • Facilitate agile ceremonies ensuring teamsremainfocused engaged and continuously improving

  • Partner with Product Owners tomaintainhealthy backlogs clearprioritiesand achievable sprint goals

  • Foster a culture of collaboration psychologicalsafetyand continuous learning

  • Coach teams on agile principlespracticesand mindsets to improve delivery maturity

  • Monitor team health deliverymetricsand flow using insights to drive continuous improvement

Youllalso bring

  • Proven experience working asaScrum Masterin an Agile environment

  • A passion for coaching teams and embedding agile ways of working that improve collaboration and delivery

  • The ability tofacilitateengaging workshops sprint ceremonies and planning sessions that keep teams aligned and focused

  • Experience using tools such asJira Confluence and Miroto support agile delivery

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the confidence to challenge constructively and influence at all levels

  • Scrum certification (CSM PSM or similar) will be highly regarded
