About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery across enterprise-scale data cloud and digital transformation initiatives. You will coach Agile teams facilitate Scrum ceremonies remove delivery impediments and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile delivery using Scrum Kanban and SAFe methodologies.
• Facilitate Sprint Planning Daily Stand-ups Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
• Coach teams to improve Agile maturity and delivery excellence.
• Track Agile metrics team velocity sprint predictability and delivery performance.
• Remove blockers and manage dependencies across cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Product Owners Architects and Business Stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and foster a high-performing Agile culture.
• Ensure transparency through effective reporting using Jira Confluence and Azure DevOps.

Required Skills & Experience

• 812 years of IT experience with strong Scrum Master / Agile Delivery expertise.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise data cloud or digital transformation programs.
• Experience managing cross-functional and globally distributed Agile teams.
• Strong expertise in Scrum Kanban SAFe Agile Jira Confluence and Azure DevOps.
• Good understanding of Agile metrics reporting and delivery governance.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP) data pipelines ETL/ELT data warehousing Databricks and Power BI is preferred.
• Knowledge of Data Governance and DAMA principles is an advantage.
• Excellent stakeholder management coaching facilitation and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (PSM or CSM) Mandatory
• SAFe Certification Preferred
• AWS/Azure Cloud Certifications Desirable
• PRINCE2 or AgilePM Certification Nice to have
