• Relevant RII qualifications
• Manual Driver Licence
• Construction Industry Card (White/Blue)
• Coal Board Medical
• Proven experience in operating machinery
• Willingness to complete medical assessments drug & alcohol screening and inductions

• Experience working in and around active scraper fleets desirable
• Strong safety mindset
• Reliable and self-motivated attitude
• Team player with great communication skills
• Respectful honest and ready to lead by example
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
