SAP Test Manager

We are seeking an experienced SAP Test Manager to lead and govern testing activities across complex SAP transformation and enhancement programs. This role will be responsible for defining test strategies managing end-to-end testing lifecycles and ensuring high-quality delivery across SAP landscapes and integrated systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Define and implement SAP testing strategies frameworks and governance standards
Lead SIT UAT Regression Integration and End-to-End Testing activities
Develop and manage test plans schedules resource allocation and quality metrics
Coordinate with business stakeholders SAP functional consultants developers and integration teams
Manage test environments test data defect lifecycle and testing deliverables
Facilitate defect triage meetings and drive issue resolution
Establish testing quality gates entry/exit criteria and risk-based testing approaches
Ensure alignment between business requirements and delivered SAP solutions
Drive test automation and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills:
Strong experience managing SAP testing programs and large-scale SAP projects
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA ECC or SAP transformation programs
Expertise in Test Management Quality Assurance and Defect Management processes
Experience with SAP Solution Manager ALM JIRA Tosca Selenium or similar testing tools
Strong understanding of SAP integration testing across multiple modules
Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills

Experience:
8 years of Testing and Quality Assurance experience
Proven experience as an SAP Test Manager in enterprise environments
Relevant testing certifications will be highly regarded
