As a Test Analyst you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of SAP SuccessFactors modules

About the Role

As a Test Analyst you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of SAP SuccessFactors modules. You will be responsible for developing and executing test scripts validating end-to-end processes and supporting integration testing. This role is a fixed term contract through to 30th November 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and review test scripts.
  • Execute test scripts in each test phase report defects and retest once resolved.
  • Provide Subject Matter Expertise in SAP (Payroll HCM or WFS) to ensure quality delivery.
  • Validate end-to-end processes across modules and support integration testing.
  • Assist during hypercare phase by logging issues and managing them through resolution.

About You

Our ideal candidate has proven experience in testing SAP modules and a strong analytical mindset. You will also have:

  • Experience testing with one or more of:
    • SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
    • SAP HCM Modules (Employee Central Onboarding Recruitment Performance Management Succession Management Compensation Management Learning Management)
    • SAP Time & Attendance Management by Workforce Software (WFS)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of JIRA/XRAY for managing test scripts and defects.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team delivering quality outcomes within agreed timelines.
