Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules and experience delivering end-to-end implementations enhancements and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather analyze and translate business requirements into SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
  • Configure and support one or more SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central (EC) Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Recruiting Onboarding Learning (LMS) Performance & Goals (PMGM) Compensation Succession & Development or Time Management.
  • Perform system configuration testing data migration and production support.
  • Work with integration teams on SAP CPI/Integration Suite and third-party HR systems.
  • Prepare functional specifications user documentation and training materials.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Required Skills
  • 5 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
  • Hands-on expertise in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules.
  • Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation.
  • Knowledge of Business Rules MDF Role-Based Permissions (RBP) Integration Center and reporting.
  • Strong analytical communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification in any module.
  • Experience with SAP CPI/Integration Suite and SuccessFactors integrations.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
