About the role:

As a Sales Trainee you will support the day-to-day operations of the Sales Department while developing your knowledge of equipment customers and the sales process.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with new and used equipment inventory management

• Supporting sales administration and inventory-related activities

• Working closely with the Parts and Service Departments to support sales operations

• Assisting with yard organisation and equipment presentation

• Providing administrative support to Territory Managers and Branch Management

• Preparing preliminary equipment costings and sales documentation

• Assisting customers and supporting dealership enquiries

• Contributing to the overall success of the sales team

About you:

• A positive attitude and strong desire to build a career in sales

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• A willingness to learn and take on new challenges

• Previous experience in agriculture construction automotive retail customer service or a related industry is advantageous but not essential
