Sales Support Specialist

What youll be doing

• Support the national sales team in pre and post sales; prepare contracts process cancellations assist with complex billing investigations prepare change of ownership and reporting as required.
• Credit investigation and determination of outcome based on credit policy and communicate outcome to the customer.
• Collaborate with ACIL Support Manager to deliver additional training and documentation to support the national sales team.
• Support the onboarding of new team members to the national sales team 
• Compliance management
• Booking and managing corporate travel for the broader sales team
• Regular delivery of reporting and data analysis.
• Collaborate with the Billing/Corporate Systems teams to ensure processes are streamlined.

• Motivation to work in a support role completing adhoc tasks based on project and national sales teams requirements.
