Sales & Leasing Executive | Industrial & Logistics

Colliers is expanding our capability in the Western Sydney Industrial and Logistics market and were seeking an Executive to work alongside our industryleading Industrial team. This is a rare opportunity to step into the centre of Western Sydneys Industrial property market supporting sales and marketing campaigns gaining handson exposure to major clients and learning directly from one of the highestperforming teams in the country.

As an Executive youll play a key role in analysis asset modelling canvassing for new business preparing submissions and campaign material and supporting endtoend transaction activity. Youll be on a clear pathway to grow and progress with the goal of becoming an integral member of our team.

Scope of the role includes:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key account clients and maintaining a strong presence in the marketplace
• Helping identify potential clients and properties to take to market
• Analysing sales potential using standard valuation and financial models
• Actively pursuing new appointment opportunities and nurturing relationships that drive ongoing business for Colliers
• Assisting in preparing submissions marketing collateral Information Memorandums advertising signage videos and coordinating inspections

Qualifications :

• Ideally 13 years experience within the Sydney Commercial or Industrial industry and ready to transition into a sales-focused role or an experienced sales operator looking to join a global brand
• Property or related degree preferred but not essential
• Strong written and verbal communication skills able to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels
• Solid understanding of the local property market and current trends
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint Word Excel MS Project)
