The Opportunity
Are you a driven sales professional who thrives on winning complex deals building executive relationships and delivering meaningful business outcomes
As a Sales Executive youll manage sales opportunities from first conversation through to contract execution working closely with customers to understand their challenges and show how aXcelerate can help. Youll build your own pipeline run consultative sales conversations and play a part in shaping how our Sales team uses AI and modern tools to sell smarter.
This is an opportunity to make a real impactdriving revenue influencing business strategy and helping customers unlock the full potential of aXcelerates market-leading platform.
What Youll Do
- Achieve and exceed individual revenue targets while contributing to team growth.
- Manage sales opportunities from qualification through to contract execution.
- Develop and maintain account plans for your customers and target segments.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Run discovery conversations demos and consultative sales engagements.
- Prepare proposals business cases and ROI analyses.
- Negotiate commercial agreements that deliver long-term value.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and provide accurate forecasting.
- Use CRM and AI-powered sales tools to sharpen your prospecting and pipeline quality.
- Represent aXcelerate at industry events and stay on top of market trends.

About You
You are a commercially savvy sales professional with a passion for building relationships solving business challenges and delivering results.
Youll bring:
- Experience sales business development within SaaS tech or EdTech.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Comfortable managing sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen solid negotiation presentation and influencing skills.
- Good understanding of CRM platforms and AI-powered sales tools.
- Excellent communicator and relationship-builder.
- Self-motivated autonomous and a strong team contributor.
- Tertiary qualification in Business Marketing Commerce or related field (preferred).
